Instead of commas, add bullet points or tables for data generated from Dropdown columns

When data is generated from Dropdown columns, the information is separated by commas in the generated document. Instead, it would be great to have the option of showing this information in bullet points or tables.

It would be great to have an option to generate the selected labels in dropdown column in bullet points/bulleted list.
