Add checkboxes to documents going for signature

We sometimes send documents for customers to sign. We would like to insert checkboxes in the document to be signed to allow the signer to check or uncheck some boxes, for example to select specific products/services, or to confirm acceptance of terms and conditions.

Great idea - this would be very helpful.

Very good idea! Ideally, the checkbox selected during signing would automatically update a corresponding status field in Monday. That would be very helpful!

I just put in a request for a dropdown that links to a dropdown column in a Monday board as that would be better for us, but this would also be good if it could somehow link to the board.
