While documents can be sent by email using Email columns, you cannot currently send them via mirrored Email columns. This functionality would be very useful.
It’s frustrating that the only work around in an automated process is to manually copy an email field that is already there into an “email” field. I mean Monday taking fields, allowing them to be mirrored and losing the type is pretty awful coding but letting users pick any field would be less validation for Docugen and any failures would be on the mail server (which would happen anyway if the email isn’t valid). Why not just let the user pick any field including formula fields which can be set to create emails based on names and a a domain?
