We have conditional items in our form but not sure how to add to generated template and only look at the other field when first one not populated.
Ex - We ask the question: What is free time rate? We then give 3 options and one being Other. If they select Other, they can write in a response.
Is there a way to get the template to only recognize the ‘other’ response when first 3 options are not selected? Or is there a better form integration program that we can use instead of WorkForms?
