When documents are sent for signature via DocuGen Sign, the email subject line always begins with “Please sign:” followed by the document name. While the email body can already be customized, there isn’t currently an option to directly edit the subject line, unless the document name itself is customized to fit the preferred subject.
Allowing users to customize the subject line independently would provide greater flexibility and make it easier to add context.
I agree, that would be great to have.
