Description:
We would like to request an enhancement to support dynamic notifications in a multi-signer document workflow.
Current Limitation:
Currently, notifications are limited or not customizable per signer status in a multi-signer scenario.
Requested Feature:
Introduce a notification mechanism that informs each signer about the progress or failure of the signing sequence. Specifically:
- When Signer 1 completes their part, Signer 2 should automatically receive a notification that it’s their turn to sign.
- If Signer 2 fails to sign within a given time or declines, Signer 3 should be notified that the signing process was not completed.
- This pattern should continue for all subsequent signers in the sequence.
Use Case Example:
- A document is set up for 4 signers in sequential order.
- Each signer is dependent on the previous one completing their action.
- Notifications keep all parties aware of progress, delays, or issues, minimizing manual follow-ups.
Benefit:
This feature would significantly improve transparency, reduce manual communication, and streamline the signing process for teams dealing with complex, multi-party agreements.
