Generate some subitems based on a column value

We wish to generate proposals for clients and show only some of the sub items. We don’t want to remove any sub items as we may need to refer to these in the future. Is there a way that we can do this such as using a parameter ?

Conditional logic features to filter items and subitems

It would be great if we can create a condition for the items and subitems to filter subitems using conditions based on values.
