More functionality to allow signers to select options

I want the ability to have a dropdown box that coincides with a status on the item board.

  • for instance we are using DocuGen for quoting and our client often have a multitude of options to select from as is the nature of the service we provide, up to 5 or 6, sometimes more.
  • currently the client views the options in a table and then has to type in a box to tell us which option they would like to choose. sometimes they only need to select one option but often it may be 2 or 3 out of the 6 that they need to select.
  • recently a client got confused and typed the incorrect information in this the select option spot. so I can see the potential for more confusion in the future, especially with older less technically inclined clients.
