In DocuGen Sign, signature fields currently stay in a fixed position based on the first version of the document used to map the signature fields. The issue appears when later documents have different lengths because of longer tables, additional placeholders or more text.
The signature fields do not move with the content, which causes them to appear on the wrong page or in the wrong location. This makes the document inaccurate and requires manual adjustment each time.
I have exactly the same problem. What I managed to do (while our friends in Docugen solve this crucial issue) was to leave signatures in a separate page. That at least helped me sort out the crisis.
