Notifications (email sent to signers) and confirmations (viewed, signed, declined) should be posted to the Updates bubble in Monday.com This would give a sense to users (senders) of having the process “under control” rather than a “blind” process expecting a result tha may or may not arrive. For example, an automation triggers the send process, but I keep worrying if the signer has indeed received the document or not, if the email was sent or not, etc.
