Not looking at every article on the Docugen website and not having time for an introduction meeting, it was not very clear that the Placeholder Guide would be attached to a random row within our Monday table.
Suggesting a message is put on the Settings page to help prevent the issue from happening to our users and this miscommunication has meant placeholder documents have been sent to emails within the Monday board.
Another alternative would be to make the Placeholder Doc only viewable in the Docugen view and NOT on the Monday board. Not sure the benefit of having this go to the board anyway
