Public workform, can I put a button to download a PDF with submitted item?

My workflow is this, can I do number 5?:

  1. My public website has embedded a link (as an IFrame) to a Monday Workform.

FYI, People using my form don’t know they are using Monday as a service.

  1. Without logging in, they fill out a form with all their info.
  2. At the end, or maybe on each page, they click submit.
  3. They are taken to the last page of the workform confirming submission.
  4. I want to put a button or link that will allow download the item they just created in the form. Is that possible?
  5. Even fancier, in addition, they could fill in their email address and have their submission emailed to them. Is that possible?

Apparently, there is an option to turn this on in the workform options. Now I need it to include all the Text blocks so the submitter can read offline. As it is, it just shows column names and answers, none of the static text.

Can I do that???

Hello @DLotts I’m Barnabas, a CSM with DocuGen.

Yes, this is absolutely possible! You can set up a simple automation on your Monday account that triggers DocuGen as soon as a new form is submitted. This can automatically generate the document and email it directly to the address the user provided in the form.

I’d love to show you how to set this up. Are you available for a brief call this week to walk through the steps?

You can schedule a call here: Calendly
