All members of the board will be able to generate a document. It would be nice if there is an option to restrict users from generating a document.
Could you change the permissions on the board and then have a view that didn’t include the drop-downs/buttons you are using to create the documents? Or is it needed to have a hard restriction?
I was just thinking that if they didn’t see the button/dropdown, they wouldn’t be trying to create one.
