I have the table of subitems and using the table header / body etc., and works great, apart from when splits on to a second page.
Currently the table headers do not span across pages so the table on the second page is left with no headers.

Thank you for posting this concern. To span/repeat the table_header, we can enable the “Repeat as header row at the top of each page” option. To do this, you need to Highlight the table_header > Right click > Table properties > Row > Repeat as header row at the top of each page
