1. Business-as-Usual – Low Volume Tier
- Up to 25 Word/Excel document creations per month
- Designed for customers with consistent but relatively low document volumes
- PDF capability not required
- Monthly subscription model
- Documents reset each month
2. Bulk Document Package – Project/Event Tier
- Customers purchase a defined number of document creations upfront, e.g. 250 documents
- Documents can be used over an agreed validity period, such as 3 or 6 months
- No monthly allocation or requirement to use a set number each month
- Designed for events, projects, seasonal businesses and organisations with fluctuating document demand
- Could offer different volume packages, e.g. 100 / 250 / 500 / 1,000 documents
